We all have in some walk of our life, met this person who has nothing to do with all the other things in life except food. You can find this person at a restaurant or a cafe with a hamburger or a packet of chips in hand. This persons favourite topic is food and he/ she is the only person who can give you all the important details of the hot spots to dine in. That being said, they are also the best people in this world.  

A foodie always seeks out new food experience as a hobby rather than simply eating out of convenience or hunger.  But again, these pure at heart, food loving folks always have to face criticisms well because they simply eat too much :(
But little do people know that being a foodie is actually a good thing. :)

I mean girls, we've all heard that they way to a man's heart is through his stomach, and if you have a foodie partner to spend the rest of your life with, then boy, you are pretty lucky.

But you are not born a foodie, being a foodie is a choice. A foodie is not your average diner. A foodie has high standards, like really high. You want to serve them simple french fries the fries have to be perfect. They don't compromise anything for food. Food is life for them. So if you want your restaurant to be rated good, give a foodie his/her best meal.

It's true that not everything that a foodie eats has to be expensive, but it is true that one cannot become a true foodie without knowing what is good, and that what is good comes from experience and experience requires money. One may save up from a long time, to dine in that wonderful restaurant, but for a real foodie it is more of a lifestyle than a one-time thing.

A foodie does not care if you think it's a waste of time and money, a foodie eats for fun, for satisfaction. for the experience, that makes them so different from the rest of the general diners. Yes, they are truly the greatest people in this world. I mean who does not love food? 

Criticising us for what we are and what we are passionate about won't help, we constitute of the 60% of critiques giving your restaurant  5 stars every time we visit. So the next time you meet a foodie, let them take you to their beautiful world of food's. Experience it, there's nothing better.

Complete analysis of Vogue Empower's #MYCHOICE video

We all have different notions about feminism. Some think it's giving the females more importance than the male in the society. Some think it's about equal right and then there are some who think they can do any shit in the name of feminism and women empowerment.

It all started with the viral video on you tube about women empowerment by vogue empowerment. Starring Deepika Padukone and other nameless 99 women explaining why the things they do are their choice.

Homi adanjania had a almost clear understanding of the whole feminist culture. But there were still some loopholes in it.

It was perfect till the first 48 seconds of the 2 Min's 34 seconds video, but all hell broke loose from 49th second till the 56th second. Within those 7 seconds, the narrator, here deepika said 'It's my choice if i want to have sex inside a marriage, outside a marriage, or to not have sex at all' but little did they know that the one line they said would turn out to be the biggest controversy in the feminist world. Maybe they didn't know the fact that some of the female of India can't distinguish or are somehow not being able to distinguish between rational and irrational choices.

Followed by the video, few women whom i consider are not happy in their present marriage decided to go gaga on their husbands by showing them their rational choice, by having sex outside marriage. I have only one thing to say ladies 'There is the law if you are not happy with your husband. there is a thing called divorce which you can apply for, and if you think applying for a divorce will give you a bad name, tell them it's your choice'. Now if you allow a simple video meant for recreational purposes to get over your rational thinking there's nothing much we can do. Where does your choice go when your husband abuses you? you get so scared of the society you shut up totally. Use your choices judiciously where needed.

In another video 'My choice- male version' gives out a very strong message. If you decide you have sex outside marriage or not have sex at all it's your choice. But when the same thing is done by a male it becomes a matter of cheating, disrespecting your love and shit. It's rational when you do it but irrational when men do it? 

If you talk about women empowerment, you have to talk about empowering the women but not at the cost of giving the male a inferiority complex. It's about growing, but growing together. It's about making choice's that don't hurt others around you especially your partner. It's about helping each other rise. 

Feminism believes solely on equality of both the sexes, it does not in any way say that you have to give women more importance so that a women can outrun a man. No.

In my opinion, this videos scripting should have been more sensible and the director should have been vary about the possible reactions of women and should have understood the fact that, no offence but some of the Indians are still prudent about this kind of topics, and misunderstanding are sure to arise.

the video was meaningful, not all of it, but yes some parts were pretty nerve wracking. I would suggest if you are going to follow the video blindly and for every illogical reason you take give the reason that it is your choice i would say, you go through the other side of the coin as well.

Shockingly in India alone rape is the 4th common crime.The most horrible reason that men give for their perverted behavior is the clothes we wear and the type of friends and the places we go to.
We were the clothes we want to wear that does not give you the right to judge us.  The worst part of it all is the justification of such treatment by calling girl's bodies distracting, improper or unprofessional. There should never be any encouragement or approval to public humiliation of women just by the way they look.
 “Your body is a distraction, a problem, and something to be hidden and ashamed of. You are responsible for how other people respond to your body.” These ideas are used to justify the humiliation of women, whether through a dress code or public media.
Even worse, many young girls are being told that their humiliation is necessary so as to not distract boys. This disproportionate emphasis on male ability and success, while women are reduced to nothing more than objects to either distract or be overlooked, spells out a very clear message for girls, whether intended or not: Your ability, your talents, your education and your success are secondary to your ability to satisfy the males around you. 

More shocking was this article that i came along.

But the point here is, if a girl is blonde, wearing short dresses and walk's on high heel's it's because she chose to. She wanted to. She has no intention of provoking you. It's your mentality.
Women being seen nothing but mere toy's for sexual pleasure a change of mentality is utmost needed. You have to keep your testosterone under control and understand that 'When a girl say's No!, she mean's it'.

This is a global cultural phenomenon. he media need to stop displaying women as objects and start focusing on their accomplishments and skills. Young girls must stop being taught that their bodies are a problem or that they must self-police their appearances in order to be taken seriously. It is only with these changes that women will finally be portrayed and recognized for their skills and that young girls will be able to overcome the crippling belief that their value is only in their looks.

It portrays confidence and importance. It is an integral part of every girl's life. Here's a peep into the world of high heel's and how to flaunt them with grace and safety. like they say “Before you criticize a woman, try walking in her high heels.” 

What are high heel's?

High heels are a type of footwear that raises the heel of the wearer much higher than the level of their toes. It tends to give that aesthetic illusion of long and slender legs to the wearer. They are mainly found in Stiletto, pump, wedge,block, tapered and blade.

Every girl ought to have this in their wardrobe, sleek and slender. Girl, if you can flaunt this out with confidence there's no stopping you.

 

We all remember the first memory of our favorite high heel's but there's one thing common in all of them. The red stiletto. Admit it you have found yourself occasionally gazing around a shoe store, looking for that red heel. Those lucky enough to own one, know just how lucky they are.

I can't only say good things about heel's as much as i hate to it's important to know, that falling off a 12 cm platform is not a pretty sight. Trust me, you don't want to wear it if you can't handle it.

It's summer!

With the sun gazing at us like it's going to gallop us whole with it's strong skin burning ray's. It's hard to keep up with a perfect, yet stylish look. I mean it's nothing new, you get out dressed to impress and by the time you are out in the sun you look like you just had a sun stroke. Your skin become's sweaty and carrying off your favorite hairstyle becomes oh so difficult, but no worries. I have here some way's how you can dress for summer's, men pay close attention if you want to beat the hot heat. the hot way.

Wear clothe's that will keep you cool and stylish:

it's no secret that clothe's make a man look stylish. But this is actually where 60% of the male go wrong. Selecting the right clothes. Men, you need to dress keeping in mind the atmospheric conditions as well. 

Dressing Right( Torso) :

1. Casual Occasion:

Men you can never go wrong with this. A crisp cotton buttoned up causal white shirt is a must in your wardrobe.  May it be a formal interview or a date with your favorite girl, it work's wonder's. Classy yet, comfortable. 

But then if you are not in the mood to look oh so formal, cotton tee's are great! Make sure about the fabric you chose. The fabric should be one where your skin can and will breadth. if you want to avoid the sun tan, go for full sleeved tee but then again be vary of the fabric you choose. Also avoid black tee's they catch the sun's heat better, white or light colors work wonders.

2. Formal Occasions:

Printed shirts are a must if you are in for a formal business meeting or a formal event. you can just never go wrong in this. It will show your professional as well as playful side at once. You can also opt for: 

Checks, floral or stripes.

So your best friend is getting married. You have to look your best then, given the fact you are the bride's or groom's best friend. You have to remember you cannot be too formal or too casual in such occasions. It would be best if you just wore a nice shirt with a bow or tie and a nice vest coat or jacket. Voila! you're done.

You have to have at least two pair of slim, classic, straight and relaxed pants. They are great if you are a office goer, if your going for a important meeting or just your friends marriage. It works every single time.

These pants have a straight leg and sit's slightly below the waist. 

2.classic pants:

These pants sit comfortable on your waist and have a tapered end.

4.Straight Pants:

same as Slim pants

5. Relaxed pants:

Sits at the waist and have a slightly wider leg opening.

So, now you know how to dress for occasions. Let's get down to hair and accessories. Also as a bonus i'll give you two look's that you can flaunt with ease :)
